CAREER
With over 17 years of legal experience, Ummi Salhah Binti Mohamad has built a distinguished career in litigation, commercial law, and legal advisory services. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2008 and began her legal practice as a Legal Associate at Messrs Abdul Malik Zamri & Co in 2009.
In 2010, she joined Messrs Lua & Mansor as a Legal Associate and subsequently advanced to the position of Partner in 2014. Throughout her tenure, she successfully led teams of lawyers and support personnel while managing a broad portfolio of legal matters involving litigation, debt recovery, banking, conveyancing, probate, intellectual property, defamation, winding-up proceedings, and breach of contract disputes.
Her responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of case management, strategic legal planning, and client relationship management to ensure effective legal representation and adherence to professional standards.
Ummi Salhah has extensive advocacy experience before various levels of the Malaysian courts, including the Magistrates' Courts, Sessions Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal Court. Her broad litigation exposure and practical legal expertise have established her as a trusted legal practitioner with a strong track record in dispute resolution and commercial legal matters.

She also holds a Diploma in Syariah and Law from Universiti
Teknologi MARA (UiTM), providing her with a comprehensive
understanding of both civil and Syariah legal systems.
